Monitoring Data of the Grunewald chain of lakes, Berlin

During a monitoring campaign from July 2024 to July 2025 monthly water samples were taken at 17 locations at ten lakes of the Grunewald chain of lakes in Berlin. The aim was to analyse the transport processes of nutrients (nitrogen and phosphorus) along the chain of lakes. In situ parameter such as water temperature, electrical conductivity, oxygen concentration, salinity, pH-value and chlorophyll-a concentration were measured in the field to get a better understanding of the aquatic ecosystems. The data was used for further analysis which is submitted to the journal "Scientific Reports".
