Calibrated Azimuth-Resolved Channel Impulse Responses at 300 GHz in an Industrial-Like Environment
Industrial environments are promising deployment scenarios for future wireless communication systems operating at low terahertz frequencies. To support channel characterization in such scenarios, this dataset provides azimuth-resolved channel sounding measurements conducted at both the transmitter and receiver in an industrial-like environment. Measurements were conducted for three distinct scenarios, i.e., transmitter-receiver position pairs. For each scenario, measurements were conducted for three cases: without RIS, with the TERRAMETA RIS prototype, and with the TIMES RIS prototype, resulting in a total of nine angle-resolved measurements. All data were acquired at a carrier frequency of 300 GHz and are fully calibrated to enable reproducible analysis and model validation.
