Data on process guidelines and geometric capabilities for robust Shotcrete 3D Printing
The dataset comprises detailed documentation for 27 3D-printed concrete specimens, including high-resolution images of the front and side views, specimen scans, and vertical surface profile analyses. Each profile graph includes statistical values such as deviation and variance to quantify geometric deviations from the intended shape. The data was collected to evaluate the effect of varying process parameters (e.g., air and concrete flow rates, traverse speed, nozzle to stand distance) on dimensional accuracy and surface quality. This multimodal dataset provides the foundation for correlating input parameters with deviations in height, width, and resulting surface profile, supporting a deeper understanding of the material–process interaction in Shotcrete 3D Printing.
