Additive construction signifies a revolutionary leap beyond conventional building techniques. ICON, a vertically integrated 3D-printing construction technology company, recently completed the largest commercial 3D-printed housing development: Wolf Ranch, a neighborhood of one hundred homes near Austin, Texas. Reflections on the promise and the challenges of 3D printing construction are shared herein.
