Das Forschungsgebiet der modernen landwirtschaftlichen Arbeitswissenschaften entwickelt sich vom verfahrens- zum systemorientierten, interdisziplinären Ansatz. Digitale Technologien unterstützen hierbei sowohl bei der Datenerfassung als auch bei der Analyse und Zurverfügungstellung arbeitswissenschaftlicher Daten bis hin zur Übertragung in die Praxis des Landwirtschaftsbetriebes. Die wichtigste Erkenntnis hierbei ist immer, dass der Mensch mit seinen Ansprüchen an Gesundheit, Produktivität und Arbeitszufriedenheit im Rahmen der Betrachtungen im Mittelpunkt bleibt.
The research field of modern agricultural labour science is increasingly developing into a system-oriented intra- and interdisciplinary approach. Digital technologies support both the collection of data and the analysis and provision of labour science data up to the transfer into the practice of the agricultural enterprise. The most important finding here is always that the human being with his or her demands on health, productivity and job satisfaction remains at the centre of the observations.
