An Update of the checklist of vascular plants for the urban area of Wolfsburg (Griese 1999) makes records for 27 new species (neophytes) and 7 already elsewhere published records. So the nowadays flora of Wolfsburg consists at least in 936 species, among them 258 neophytes.
