Messung von Straßenunebenheiten und deren Einfluß auf Fahrzeug und Fahrbahn

For telling anything about the quality of roads you have to measure their ground contour (unevenness, distributions and sizes of raised obstacles and pot-holes) and to know the mutual influence of vehicle and road together. At first there will be described the development of an instrument which is to use with a speed of more than 20mph in a manner of geodesy. Further on there will be derived maximum limits for suffering unevenness by means of dynamic movements of the vehicle and the physiological properties of passengers.
