The previously described investigations by Fr. Gräger on pseudo-axial pumps showed incidentally, that the rate of the axial width b and the radial extension [Delta]r = r2 - r1 of the pseudo-axial vanes must not exceed a certain value unless the efficiency is to sink unallowably. The following report is to contribute to the further information on these influences.
