Beschäftigungsnot, Wohnungsnot und Kapitalnot
70 p. c. of the unemployed fall to the laender Schleswig-Holstein, Niedersachsen, and Bavaria. The unemployed cannot find jobs but in industry, trades, and commerce, i. e. mainly in the laender Nordrhein-Westfalen, Wuerttemberg, Hessen, Hamburg and Bremen. Consequently nothing will stop unemployment but a state-controlled housing and building scheme. Here is the key to solve the problems concerning labour, welfare, and public health. To solve the housing problem practically to find England has taken novel approaches of her own during the past thirty years. In Germany it is escentide a similar solution of removing the housing, and labour, calamities or a social catastrophe cannot be avoided.
