Nitrophile Saumgesellschaften in alten Parkanlagen und ihre Bedeutung für den Naturschutz
The importance of nitrophilous Saum (skirt) communities to nature conservancy is pointed out by examples from Lower Saxony and the eastern part of Austria. Especially in ancient parks the seams are important refugies for numerous endangered species. The Chelidonio-Parietarietum officinalis is described as a new association, and exemplified with releves from various parts of Central Europe.
